Return and Refund Policy

At Pretty Productive, we sell digital products. Due to the nature of digital downloads and Notion templates, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

This policy exists because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or duplicating your template, please contact us at info@prettyproductive.shop within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We are committed to ensuring every customer can access and use their planner. If something isn't working, reach out before disputing a charge with your bank — we'd much rather fix it directly.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your access being permanently revoked and the matter being contested with your bank.
