When you make a purchase on prettyproductive.shop, we collect:

• Billing information (processed securely by PayFast — we do not store card details)
• Order history

Signing up for our VIP mailing list using a Google Form, we collect:

• First and Last name
• Date and Time of signing up
• Email Address 
• This information is stored using Google Sheets, and is used purely for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly

 

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfil your order
• Send you your purchased product
• Communicate with you about your order
• Send marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• PayFast — to process your payment
• Shopify — our store platform, which hosts and processes order data
• Legal authorities, if required by law

Data retention

We retain your order information for as long as required by South African tax and business law.
